I hope all is well.

The Council Rates for $430.10 are processing now and the Water Rates for $429.99 are due 13-Dec. We’ll hold the lease fee of $622.50 until all the bills have been processed.

We’re scheduled to undertake a routine inspection in December and will update you following that.
