Everything is tracking along fine.

The rent is paid up to and including 21/01/02020.

Central Highlands Water for $425.09 was paid 09/01/2020 and the letting fee of $622.50 on 05/01/2020.

A routine inspection was carried out last week and we will forward you a copy of the report in the near future.
